Our planned maintenance contracts provide an organised approach to servicing building engineering systems,
with agreed schedules, deliverables and accountability.
Contract types
- Residential MVHR and MEV portfolio servicing
- Commercial air conditioning and HVAC maintenance
- Commercial ventilation and AHU maintenance
- Mechanical plant and associated services
- Integrated technical facilities management
- Multi-site and managing-agent maintenance programmes
What a contract should define
- Covered sites, assets and equipment quantities
- Planned visit frequency and work scope
- Labour, materials, filters and consumables inclusions/exclusions
- Access, permits, isolation and client responsibilities
- Reporting and defect classification
- Reactive response arrangements and service hours
- Fees, annual review, variations, renewal and termination
PPM methodology
Maintenance schedules should reflect manufacturers’ instructions, asset age, duty cycles, statutory duties and
observed condition. The contract should distinguish routine servicing from repairs and replacement.
Transparency
Following a site review or asset schedule, we provide a scope-based proposal rather than assuming every
building requires the same maintenance package.
Call to action
Request a Maintenance Contract — Enquire about your building, asset schedule, location and required service.
We will review the scope and respond with appropriate next steps.
