Our process
We agree the purpose and limitations of the survey, inspect accessible assets, document observations,

investigation.
Deliverables
Depending on the commission, a report may include asset schedules, photographs (with permission), findings,
priority categories, limitations, recommended tests and indicative remedial scopes.
Limits of surveys
Unless expressly agreed, surveys are visual/non-intrusive and do not constitute a statutory compliance certificate, design approval, guarantee of concealed conditions or full system commissioning.
